Lindsey Moorley

Lindsey Moorley serves as Chief Financial Officer at Elite, a TPG Capital-led Thomson Reuters legal tech carve-out in 2023 that was sold to Francisco Partners in 2025.
She previously held numerous financial leadership positions, including SVP Corporate FP&A at NielsenIQ, where she oversaw mergers and operational finance strategy. She started her career with GE Capital.
Lindsey holds a BA in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
