Logan Sullivan

As a Principal at Access Search Advisors, Logan Sullivan leads strategic search assignments across SaaS, technology-enabled services, and related verticals. Over the last ten years, he has completed over 140 C-level and VP hires, spanning CFO, Office of the CEO, and GTM leadership for top-tier growth equity and buyout portfolio companies. He brings an experienced view of what success looks like in each role, starting with the specific value creation plan.
Logan began his search career in 2017 as the first associate at Savage Partners, a boutique firm serving private equity firms. He helped scale Savage through its acquisition by Russell Reynolds Associates in 2023. After three years at Russell Reynolds, he returned to the boutique model to pair best-in-class experience with hands-on partnership private equity expects.
A Connecticut native, Logan earned his bachelor's degree in marketing and professional selling strategies from Plymouth State University, where he co-founded the cycling team and raced mountain bikes competitively.
